Everyone is a Leader: Looking at Leadership, Vision and Team-Approaches to Developing EYFS Practice

The concept of 'leader' has a broader meaning in OFSTED's new framework. Early years leaders are expected to have a wide-ranging knowledge of their setting and, in fact, everyone is now seen as having a certain level of leadership in their own right.

  • Explore levels of leadership
  • Share ideas for building an effective team in the early years
  • Develop your knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of an effective early years leader
