About this course

We know that children thrive when we take a step back and try to empower them, whether that’s in problem solving, restorative approaches in the playground, or metacognition in the classroom. This training looks at the coaching model - traditionally a performance management approach for adults - and examines how it can be applied to children. It explores the following:
