Creative Outdoor Learning will support any member of staff in the development of an outdoor learning ethos at your school. This course provides you with a range of activity ideas and additional resources. These will help you support inclusion, pupils with SEND and improve behaviour for learning across the primary curriculum. You will leave with increased motivation, skills and knowledge to harness the outdoor environment to promote children's learning.
Let's take learning outdoors. Creative Outdoor Learning is a practical course providing ideas, activities and approaches. It aims to support any member of staff wishing to develop an outdoor ethos or approach in their setting or school.
It is through creativity, cognitive challenge and practical application that learning skills are developed. We look at how to make the most of the outdoor environment.
"Very interesting and thorough, made me inspired to teach in an outdoor setting. Looking forward to going back to school to try some of these ideas out!" - Sara Jackson, Nursery Class Teacher, Mersey Drive Community Primary School
"Really engaging... easy to adapt to our school requirements. Lots of fantastic ideas!" - Zoe Cooper, KS1 Teacher, Park Lane Special School
"A great experience with insight into how children learn and develop through outdoor experiences. Really enjoyable course." - Carolyn Kay, Teaching Assistant, Stalyhill Junior School
Please note all of our CPD courses are going ahead. Where possible, these will take place at the venue(s) below. However, we may deliver the training via live webinar instead, giving teachers and leaders the ability to interact with the trainer and course without the need to attend the venue. Even better, if we live-stream your course, a recording of the course will be available for you to view for one month after the course date, meaning you can enjoy the course anywhere, any time, even if your plans change at short notice.
At TT Education we aim to provide you with the outstanding training experience you deserve, from the fantastic resources you receive to the beautiful venues we hold our training in, with lunch and refreshments included.
Please note that the exact venues used in each town or city are subject to change. We will send a Welcome Email approximately 7 days before the date of the course, confirming the venue.
Our in-service training provides exciting and dynamic ways to inspire, challenge and develop your staff, whether they are Teaching Assistants, Teachers or Senior Leadership.
Your first point of contact would be with our Head Office team, who will identify your needs and priorities and ensure that the accompanying training materials we provide are of the very best quality.
