Outstanding Foundation Stage Practice is a dynamic INSET day, which takes an in-depth look at all the elements that contribute to a setting excelling in its provision. Focusing on the leadership of a setting delegates will gain a clear understanding of the current Ofsted grade descriptors, expectations and what these look like in everyday practice.

The training encourages practitioners to evaluate their environment, ethos, learning opportunities, assessment and documentation. It aims to support leaders to manage change effectively, improving outcomes for all children.
