This training draws on the latest research and evidence-based practice, to explore how developing a psychologically safe classroom can foster improved wellbeing and support pupils’ achievement. Suitable for leaders, senior mental health leads and teachers, the course will:

  • Explore definitions of psychological safety and share some of the latest research around this innovative area of thinking and practice.
  • Support your understanding of how psychologically safety can be applied to your classroom, through elements such as trust, belonging, collaboration and respect.
