About this INSET

Wake your body, wake your mind! A healthy body and a healthy approach to life can support adults AND children alike in improving wellbeing, personal awareness and health.

It doesn’t take much, but it DOES take a sustained effort and an intention to improve our situation - in a way that suits you.  This training session as aimed at providing you with easy-to-do, proven strategies that improve focus, energy levels, wellbeing and self-regulation.

You will leave the session with:

  • Activities that stimulate thought, movement, breathing control and personal development
  • Experience of different ways of getting pupils to engage with their physicality as a way to understanding themselves better
  • Ideas on how to build these approaches into everyday learning practice
