Stress, anxiety, competition, hormones, and the media can make secondary PSHE a challenging area. This course explores a range of practical strategies to make PSHE a successful part of the school curriculum that is enjoyed and valued by learners, and connects to and supports the teaching of subjects such as science, history, English, MFL, etc.
Throughout the day we will be building a meaningful PSHE curriculum that works in your specific context and will help build confidence in our learners. They can recognise that they are not alone in their worries, they will know how and where to get help and support and can make decisions in life that will ultimately keep them happy and safe.
This course is appropriate for secondary schools.
