Our company: TT Education

We're the UK's leading school improvement organisation, working with schools, academies and trusts in the United Kingdom and beyond to improve the quality of children's education.

We pride ourselves on being recognised for the outstanding quality of our support and training for schools through the awards of School Improvement Provider of the Year 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Founded in January 2012 by David Maytham, everything we do is underpinned by the belief that every child has the right to a good education. We're dedicated to improving life chances for all pupils by empowering teachers and leaders to help create sustainable improvement in their schools through engaged learning and inspirational leadership.

We help schools, teachers and leaders to make progress through our outstanding CPD courses, INSET days, consultancy, digital solutions and longer-term packages of school improvement support

Changing children's lives for the better - in the UK and beyond

Over the last few years, we have expanded rapidly as the principles of our Path to Success approach have gained a reputation in the educational community.

We work in the UK and overseas - in countries as diverse as France and China, with international schools whose fascinating cultures have been really exciting to work with. It makes us extremely proud to think that we have been helping teachers to improve the educational experiences of over a million children since 2013.

Longer-term support

We know that one-off courses (however good) can only have so much impact. We work with many schools on a longer-term basis through ongoing consultancy and tailored in-school training to improve outcomes for children. All of our consultancy and training adheres to our company values... to excite, inspire, motivate, achieve and engage. We provide consultancy packages, or bespoke training which can cover areas as diverse as curriculum development, leadership mentoring, subject leader consultancy and children's workshops. We are as flexible as you need us to be and our team of experts can support you in implementing whatever changes you deem necessary.

“TT Education have listened fully to our improvement requests and put together a bespoke programme of CPD for our school. We have been able to deliver on the priorities in our School Development Plan priorities and immediately address Ofsted actions following an inspection during the year ... hugely beneficial service to the school.”

Darren Williams, Headteacher at Central Park Primary School in London
